Submit your vocals for the Nerdcore DJ Toolkit series

Hey guys,

So if anyone didn't see it, I released something called the Nerdcore DJ Toolkit Vol. 1. I won't bore you with the details as they're already on the album page and over at Hipsterplease, but I need your help! To all the well-known, or simply skillful, emcees reading, please consider submitting some vocal tracks for me to extract from for upcoming DJ toolkits.

The more a capella tracks I have access to, the wider bank I'll have to pull nerdcore rap clips from for the toolkits, and thus the better quality toolkits I can create. If you support my efforts in this and have any high quality vocal tracks you'd be willing to submit, please send them to klopfenpop [at] gmail [dot] com with descriptions of each.

I'd also love to get some random "speechifying" from you guys. Things like "yeah!", "nerdcore", "hip-hop", "nerdcore hip-hop", "boom bap", "What!", "alright!", "Whoooo!!!", "aw yeah", "oh shit", "What the fuck?!!", "drop the beat", "scratch", "scratchin'", "tearin' it up!", etc. etc. etc. would be fantastic!

I'd love high-profile guys, but nothing that's great will be passed up by any means.

Please keep in mind, I will never sell these. All of the Nerdcore DJ Toolkit series will always be entirely free. The purpose of these is to put new, better, tailor-made tools in the hands of the community, not to make money.

EDIT: Just to make sure it's clear, I make no guarantee I will ever use anything you send me. I might, I might not. Don't want anyone's hopes shattered. Because I am the shatterer of hopes. I shatter them. Into hope shards.

Does mic quality matter? Because I would totally do this, but my mic is sub par. I can also do LOTS of impressions and voices and shit, and would love to throw some comedic flavor into the mix.

Mic quality will definitely be important for what I'll actually use. Primarily, I want to use a capellas from well-known nerdcore songs/artists to cut clips from since that is what you find on a mainstream toolkit. I would like to eventually do a track that's good, original scratching material from well-known nerdcore artist as well.

Also, a note: Please send me the dry tracks. Compression and eq are totally fine, but no super wet reverb please.

I think C0s and I need to do this -- me because it'll feed my ego, C0s because he has one of the most distinctive voices in nerdcore, and anyone who has heard him will hear those clips and go, "Was that fucking C0splay from Death*Star?"
