    Basically I've been writing a crapload of songs over the years, and a lot of them get lost along the way. In an effort to kind of preserve them somewhat, I touched them up as good as I could and shipped them out.

    Because quite a few of these songs were recorded before I knew what I was doing, they may be inconsistent in quality and fidelity. Some of them I had to find on the internet because I no longer have the wave files. So deal with it.

    OK, some notes:

    "Bad Romance" was written by Lady Gaga
    "You're My Princess" was written by Marc with a C
    "Linoleum" was written by Mike Burkett and most likely the rest of NOFX
    Jaylyn Hindle appears courtesy of me being too lazy to rerecord the song. It should also be mentioned that she wrote part of the lyrics.

    Everything else was written by me, Benjamin Bear.


    I promise my next album will at the very least be engineered better.

      No lie, I listened to your cover of Linoleum when you first posted it, right as I was getting into NoFX. Then I lost it. And remembered it a few months later and thought "Shit, that was really cool. I should look for it." But it was gone.

      So this is pretty awesome.

      Yeah I know there's a few things in here that I've never released, but most of this is stuff that was only available streaming or secretly...and now I can close the door on that chapter of my life.


      I hope you guys like it, let me know what you like or don't like about it.


      (I like constructive criticism too)

      (Also non-constructive criticism is pretty hilarious)

      it should be on scrubclub.com brother, at least thats where i downloaded it when it originally came out

      I was gonna be all helpful and find the link, but it seems like BBear/EPPs stuff isn't on their downloads page anymore (not the one I'm looking at anyway). Though it does also still list them as artists on the label here. I had thought they weren't on SCR anymore, but maybe that was misinformation/something that changed somewhere along the line.

      Even so, it's probably in that one forum, in that one archive, you know...the backdoor to nerdcore.

      I also assumed the url and came here first. lulz.

      edit: k, nevermind--EPP's stuff is there.

      I downloaded it from a giant Scrub Club torrent that I found looking for the word "Nerdcore" on a torrent site awhile ago. I went back to the site to see if I could find it for you but I think they removed it.

      Did I just download a Modest Mouse Album? Wasnt what I was expecting...(or hoping for) to be honest, but as an MC who is also a musician I can see where it came from. Are you going to be putting out anymore hiphop albums? I will give this a few more listens and post further thoughts.

      its always nice to hear bbear sing a song instead of rap, not taking away from his rapping abilities as they are top notch as well

      actual conspiracy reminds me alot of your older works before you became a rapper, i like it its good.

      and that marc with a c cover was hilarious

      Yeah, I kind of thought this was the album that had collabs with like STD, Wordburglar and a shitload of other people and was a bit disappointed. Still good though.

      The album with all the collabs is Tuesday, it's not quite finished yet.

      hmm whenever i go and view the contents of the everything left folder it puts my explorer.exe cpu usage up to 90.. quite strange. Anyway it still plays fine, if i play it in itunes then it eliminates the problem, but still it's a bit weird.

      show hidden files and delete the files with the "." in front of them. there's some stupid osx files that i forgot to delete when i made the zip so when you dump it into winamp or something it tries to play them and gets confused.


      obviously it works fine in itunes because it's apple software.


      (it's a related problem that is compensated for, not that it is inherently better than any other software)
